We assist in arranging travel, accommodation, appointments, and other relevant services based on your requirements. However, we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided by third-party healthcare providers.
a. Eligibility: Customers must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have the consent of a legal guardian.
b. Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information while using our services, including health-related details required for medical assistance.
c. Compliance: Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and requirements of the destination they visit.
a. Not a Medical Provider: Mascot Regimen is not a medical facility or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical services, and our role is limited to coordinating medical and wellness-related arrangements.
b. Healthcare Providers: Mascot Regimen collaborates with independent healthcare providers. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of services provided by these providers. Customers must independently research and verify the credentials and reputation of any healthcare provider they choose.
a. Travel Arrangements: Mascot Regimen may assist in booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services. However, the Customer is solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel documents and adhering to travel regulations.
b. Accommodation: We will endeavor to secure accommodation based on your preferences. However, specific accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
a. Payment: Customers must make payments for our services as per the agreed terms. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
b. Additional Costs: Customers are responsible for any additional expenses incurred during their trip, such as medical treatments, medications, travel insurance, and personal expenses.
a. Customer Cancellations: If a Customer cancels their trip or service, applicable cancellation fees may apply as stated in the agreement.
b. Company Cancellations: In exceptional circumstances, Mascot Regimen may cancel services. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be processed as per the company's discretion.
a. Limitation: Mascot Regimen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
b. Third-party Services: We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of any third-party providers, including healthcare providers, transportation services, or accommodations.
c. Assumption of Risk: Customers understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with medical procedures and wellness activities and assume full responsibility for their decisions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
